1. Provider and nature of the programme
The AyInnovate Founder Budget is a commercial discount programme offered by AYINNOVATE SOLUTIONS LIMITED. It is not government funding, a public grant, a cash payment or a loan.
2. Eligibility
Businesses, self-employed individuals and other business customers are eligible if they opened no more than 90 days ago or have yet to open. The relevant date is the day on which products or services were first actually offered to customers. If the exact date is unknown, eligibility is based on whether the opening took place within the past 90 days. Personal use is excluded.
3. Selection in the configurator and review
Founder Budget is selected in the website configurator by answering the question about when the business opened. No separate application or code is required. If the answer meets the eligibility criteria, the discount is immediately reflected in the configuration. All information must be complete and accurate. AyInnovate may verify the opening date and the statement concerning the 90-day period, and may request appropriate evidence. A separate application remains available; it is free and does not constitute an order.
4. Amount and use
Following a successful review, the Founder Budget reduces the eligible one-off fixed price excluding VAT by 80%; you pay 20%. The maximum discount is €8,560 and is only available when all four eligible components are selected. Unused amounts cannot be paid out, transferred or offset against other services.
5. Information provided and previously issued codes
Incorrect information or misuse may result in the discount being refused or withdrawn. Previously issued codes may be kept as evidence of a separate application; entering them is not required to select Founder Budget in the website configurator. They remain personal, non-transferable and redeemable once.
6. Ordering, deposit and taxes
Configuration is non-binding until the final step. The scope of services, project price excluding VAT, tax information and deposit are displayed before payment. The deposit is exactly €249 with a valid Founder Budget, or €980 without one. This payment includes any VAT that AyInnovate is required to charge. It is credited in full towards the project price excluding VAT plus any VAT charged. The tax treatment is assessed using the billing details; a separate deposit invoice is issued. The remaining invoice amount is payable before delivery. There are no further automatic charges. Under the reverse charge procedure or Swiss acquisition tax rules (Bezugsteuer), customers may themselves owe VAT to their tax authority, including customers using a small-business VAT exemption; this tax is not included in the payment to AyInnovate. A contract is formed only upon successful payment via the Revolut payment link provided in the final step.
Hosting and legal texts: The first three months from publication of the website are included in the project price. Any subsequent paid continuation requires a separate agreement. An indicative price, where required, is approximately €19 per month excluding VAT, plus statutory VAT where applicable. The exact services and monthly price are agreed before paid continuation begins. This service can be cancelled monthly. There is no automatic switch to a paid service after the three included months. No additional amount for this service is collected with the deposit; subsequent costs are invoiced separately. The Founder Budget discount applies to the eligible one-off project price excluding VAT.
7. Privacy and optional communications
Application data is processed in accordance with our privacy notice. Consent to occasional information about AyInnovate services is voluntary, is not required to apply, and may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
8. Additional terms
Any subsequent order is also subject to the AyInnovate terms and conditions incorporated at the final configuration step, and the order summary shown there.
